He brings over a decade of diverse experience in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Manufacturing, and Real Estate Development. As Managing Partner, he leads strategic planning, business development, and execution across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. As a Civil Engineer by training, he holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University with an emphasis on Steel and Concrete Construction.

Career Highlights

  • Global Exposure & Technical Grounding: He began his career in New York as a Project Manager for large scale renovations work for the State Government of New York under a general contractor and worked there for 2 years. Later in Chennai, he gained further hands-on expertise in engineering design and execution under Vishranthi Homes Pvt Ltd where he worked for over 3 years. His exposure to global best practices laid a strong technical foundation and a sharp eye for quality and innovation in construction.
  • Operational Leadership: Prior to co-founding Zova Constructions & Real Estate LLP, he also served as the Managing Director of a manufacturing company called Conpro Enterprises Private Limited specializing in paints and construction chemicals. There, he spearheaded operational expansion and product development and innovation, giving him deep insights into the materials and sustainability side of the industry.
  • Current Role at Zova Constructions & Real Estate LLP: Today, he combines his technical knowledge and business leadership to drive excellence at every stage of the construction lifecycle — from land acquisition and planning to execution and delivery. He is passionate about creating value through thoughtful design, efficient execution, and a client-centric approach.

A dynamic and results-driven marketing professional with over three decades of rich experience in the construction chemicals and coatings industry. Holds a Postgraduate degree in Chemistry from Madurai Kamaraj University and an MBA from A.M. Jain Institute of Management, blending technical expertise with strategic marketing acumen.

  • Early Career and Skill Acquisition: Began a progressive career with Garware Paints as Branch Manager, followed by a key role as Regional Manager in the Construction Chemicals Division at Pidilite Industries Ltd., where responsibilities included business development, team leadership, and execution of major painting, texture, waterproofing and epoxy flooring projects across regions.
  • Expertise in Specialities: Currently serving as the Managing Director at W. R. Bonsal & O’Connors Paints Pvt. Ltd., spearheading operations in production, marketing, and on-site application of waterproofing solutions, paints, textured coatings, and epoxy flooring systems. Successfully led the company through complex projects both in India and internationally, having travelled to 23 countries, and established a proven track record of delivering technically sound and commercially viable solutions across diverse climates and conditions.
  • Current Role at Zova Constructions & Real Estate LLP: Currently serves as the Technical Head, as he leads contract procurement and execution of turnkey solutions in waterproofing, paints, textured finishes, GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete), epoxy flooring, and more. His role bridges technical strategy with operational execution, ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects through tailored, performance-driven solutions.

His journey spans global exports, large-scale land aggregation, industrial manufacturing, and turnkey real estate solutions, making him a seasoned leader and trusted advisor in the sector. Known for his integrity, negotiation skill, and long-term vision, he blends traditional values with modern execution strategies. His strength lies in building trusted networks, closing complex transactions, and delivering sustainable value to clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Career Highlights

  • 30 Years in International Trade & Manufacturing: Began his career in the family-run business of manufacturing, marketing, and exporting spices and condiments, building a brand with global recognition under the brand name of Lalah’s. His experience in operations, logistics, and international business laid a strong foundation in strategic management and cross-border trade.
  • 15+ Years in Land Aggregation & Brokerage: Transitioned into real estate with a focus on land aggregation, specializing in large-scale land deals in and around Chennai. Successfully facilitated land transactions for major developers such as DLF India Ltd and Rattha Group, known for their high-value residential and commercial, projects.
  • Founder of a Construction-Tech Manufacturing Company: Launched and ran a private limited company that manufactured expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam panels sandwiched between wire mesh — a sustainable, energy-efficient building solution used in precast concrete wall construction. The company served innovative construction firms and was successfully acquired.
  • Current Role at Zova Constructions & Real Estate LLP: As Head of Land & Projects Procurement, he leads strategic land acquisitions, project sourcing including Government Liaison and Regulatory Navigation. He plays a critical role in expanding Zova’s land bank, optimizing procurement pipelines, and guiding project feasibility.
